Kurri Kurri Public Library has been awarded $4,460.00 in NSW Government funding for their local project The Library Roadshow!
The funding is to go toward the Library’s project The Library Roadshow! Children and young adult author, Tristan Bancks, will travel to Kurri Kurri during May 2016 to visit eight LGA schools and a session at Kurri Kurri Library, facilitating a series of talks and writing workshops.
Mr Barr congratulated Kurri Kurri Public Library on their successful application and wished them well in undertaking the project.
The funding is to be provided through the Country Arts Support Program, administered by Regional Arts NSW on behalf of Arts NSW.
