The NSW Government has announced $6.3 million for 174 community infrastructure projects as a part of the Social Housing Community Improvement Fund (SHCIF) Round 3.
State Member for the Electorate of Cessnock, Clayton Barr, MP, congratulates Cessnock City Council which will receive $50,000 for their “Active Cessnock – Exercise for Health and Well-being” Program.
SHCIF provides one-off grants of up to $50,000 to councils, not-for-profit and private sector organisations to make physical improvements in social housing communities or other areas visited by social housing tenants.
